The C20L-AP Lid for LIPAVI C20 Sous Vide Container, tailored for the Anova Precision immersion circulator is the lid I use on my LIPAVI Sous Vide Container Model C20. This has a custom cut out for the Anova Precision Cooker and makes cooking a breeze!

The LIPAVI C26 Sous Vide Rack, L15 – Family & Friends Size is the rack that I use in my LIPAVI C20 container. I went through a number of these and had a hard time finding the right size. This one is perfect for cooking multiple steaks and any other large proteins you are going to conquer. 

EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY MATERIALS AND BUILD – When putting stainless steel into a water bath, some people express concerns about rust. To be completely sure that rust will never be an issue, we chose 316L Marine Grade Stainless Steel for our sous vide racks, to ensure that the LIPAVI sous vide rack will keep 100% rust free, even when cooking for extended periods of time.

Sous Vide Searing Torch

For the final step in sous vide cooking, I sear my proteins with the awesome Flame King YSNPQ-5000T Heavy Duty Propane Torch Weed Burner

There are a ton of different methods for searing your proteins and I think I’ve tried them all. While the Flame King YSNPQ-5000T Heavy Duty Propane Torch Weed Burner is not designed for this purpose, someone turned me on to the idea and given its relatively low cost, I decided to give it a try. Honestly, it was love at first sight! 

These are low cost and this one lasts me about a year before I get concerned about the rust on it. I leave it outside, uncovered, so I could probably get some more time out of it if I took better care of it.
